My Name is Josh and welcome to Winston’s Mixology Studio. I was inspired to start this brand by my grandad who has always supported me and inspired me with his stories of hardwork and dedication. When I mentioned that I wanted to start this project he helped me plan and prepare for the launch, offering insight and knowledge from a business management point of view.

I first found my love for mixology when I got my first bar job in a venue where we would often get requests for cocktails and I was happy to oblige. Since then, I have been trying to master my craft and learn recipes and techniques to impress my friends at cocktail parties.

Following the successful launch party in November 2024, I have seen an overwhelming amount of support as well as friends reaching out to help me on this journey. My long term goal is to open my own premises with a cocktail lounge/coffee house and restaurant with luxury accommodation.
