“My Name is Josh and welcome to Winston's Mixology Studio. I was inspired to start this brand by my grandad who has always supported me and has a very hard working background. The name ‘Winston's’ is dedicated to him.”
I first found my love for mixology when I got my first bar job. From that moment I fell in love with cocktails, the craft behind them, and the smiles they put on people's faces. I knew then that I wanted to bring that joy directly to people's events and celebrations.
Following the successful launch party in November 2024, the studio has been growing ever since. Every event is personal, every cocktail menu is bespoke, and every guest leaves having experienced something truly memorable.
Our long-term vision is to open our own premises — a cocktail lounge and coffee house complete with a restaurant and luxury accommodation — where we can bring our full craft under one roof. Watch this space.
The studio is named in honour of Josh's grandfather Winston — a man of hard work, dedication and unwavering support. The name is a tribute to the person who inspired Josh to back himself and build something of his own.
Josh gets his first bar job and immediately falls in love with the craft of cocktail making — the balance, the creativity, and the reaction it gets from guests.
